VICTOR SCHARGORODSKI

Victor has over 28 years of real estate experience in South Florida as a Licensed Real Estate Broker and has degrees in Marketing and Mass Communications. Recently, as a Sales Manager for a national homebuilder, he was twice awarded the BIA Pinnacle Platinum Award for Sales. He has also attained the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation.

Victor is an expert in foreclosures and property valuations as he has recently performed over 300 Broker Price Opinions (BPO’s) for various banks and asset managers who look to him for current market values and conditions.
